Ducks or Geese?

This family of water birds has been living on the lake at the Taylor Dam for some weeks now. Maisie and I spotted them whilst on our walk this morning. They were heading into the shore towards us.... Until they spotted Maisie. She was on her lead and unable to get into the water after them. My iPhone image does not do them justice. I cannot decide if they are ducks or geese. Perhaps a more knowledgeable Blipper will be able to identify them for me please.
