Distant Rain?

There is still no water running in the middle reaches of the Taylor River. Rain was predicted for our region but did not happen despite the threatening clouds over the distant hills. The town was busy with many visitors following yesterday's annual fun long distance "Grape Ride" and today's "Outdoor Living" expo. Due to meeting up and talking with friends it took me ages to get around the Farmers' Market. But it was great fun.
