Onward into Spring

I planted this primula in the garden here four years ago so it was nice to see it still here and in full bloom. The rain trapped in the petals sparkled in the brief moments of sunshine.

A very wet walk around Peebles before lunch. The Enduro mountain bike race was in full swing. It looked a very muddy affair. Hats off to them all for getting out on such a wet and windy day.
