Spring Lambs

They say things come in threes......another sad day........our daughter in law has lost her grandad today, they were very close. Our youngest will be feeling it as he thought a lot of him too. I'm sure they will support each other. We met him quite a few times, he was a lovely gentleman and will be sadly missed. RIP Mo x

We've had a lovely sunny day today.....after a walk down into town for fruit, veg, newspaper and condolence cards :-(, we sat in the garden with a coffee and hub read his paper.

After lunch, tuna and spring onion on Chai bread we got stuck into some more gardening making the most of the weather. All the plants we bought earlier in the week are now in the ground.....they will get a good watering in tomorrow, as it's supposed to be wet all day :-/

About 5ish I suddenly remembered I hadn't got a blip.........so we walked up to the top road where I had seen some little black lambs a few days ago. At first I thought the farmer had taken them in but luckily for me they were being fed towards the back of the field........the little black one spotted its mummy I think and started running and jumping towards her, it was so cute!

Back home now.........haddock, homemade chips and mushy peas for dinner.

My back is aching as I'm sat typing this......don't think,I'll be moving too much this evening ;-)
