Rich Desserts

I could feel the arteries clogging with each mouthful of this cake. I'm informed it's called an Elephant's Foot due to the size and shape I believe. It had meringue and fruit but an awful lot of cream. Far too much for my liking to be honest so I ate the above and left the cream. Cypriots seem to like to lay the cream on thick in most of their recipes...
