Local Landmark

I absolutely love this building. Sadly, not everyone shares my unbridled joy at seeing it on a daily basis.

'Eyesore', 'monstrosity' and 'concrete carbuncle' are just a few of the reactions I've heard from some local people.

I like it because of its striking design - big and bold - a great example of the architecture of the time.

It's occupied and home to a number of activities. Long may it continue and remain on the local skyline!
