We had a lovely breakfast out on the lodge porch, then headed into Yosemite Valley. We walked up to the base of Bridal Veil Falls, and then did another hike up to the bottom of Vernal Falls where were were swarmed by ground squirrels who were so bold, one actually climbed onto Mr. DH's lap in an attempt to get his lunch!

By afternoon it was quite warm, so we treated ourselves to ice cream. Back at the lodge, we had another swim and S'mores after dinner.
