Horsing Around in the High Sierra

Before we came out to California, I suggested we go horseback riding when we were in Yosemite. My daughter said, "NO. I don't want to horseback ride." My husband and I rolled our eyes and reminded her that every time she says she doesn't want to try something and we make her do it, she ends up loving it. "No, horseback riding doesn't sound fun. At all."

By dinnertime tonight back at the lodge, she was saying, "Horseback riding is the BEST thing I've ever done in my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE! The BEST! I can't wait to go to Yellowstone and go trail riding!"
