SOB Volleyball - Day #6

I have been featuring male players since arriving so wanted to give the ladies a shot as well. One of the features of this particular trip is that the professional athletes are preparing for the coming season, rather than winding down after playing all year. Because of that, they spend an hour or so most mornings training on the beach. The guests are invited to watch them workout and I get to be on hand to photograph them up close and personal. Here our two women pros, Kelley Larsen (blocking) and Emily Stockman (hitting) go up against each other during their one of their games. It is incredible to see such talent on display as I have said many times before, but even more incredible to know that on this vacation we could just as easily be having dinner or drinks with one of these pros as if they were ordinary people instead of some of the best athletes in their sport.
