Ornamental pear

We got rid of all the old fruit trees last summer. They were poor producers and were on very poor soil. It is much easier for B to mow now. People who mow do not like having to go round a lot of trees!
We have had a very cold wind today and are looking forward to some warmer weather come Tuesday!
In the extra are some young keys on one of the maples, getting ready to be blown about everywhere and produce myriads of little trees, except that they will be mowed down!
