Diadem

We were taking the Palm Sunday service at Brighthomlee this morning.
According to Parish Council documents the land for the chapel was bought in 1810 by a personal friend of John Wesley. It Brightholmlee Methodist Chapel is now the oldest in the Sheffield District in continuous use.
We sang the closing hymn, 'All hail the power of Jesu's name' to the local favourite tune of Diadem. Brightholmlee continues to shine like a jewel under a brilliant sun.
