Soup of the day

Soup of the day is Thai spiced yellow split pea. And it is spicy! Hence the dollop of Greek yoghurt. My friend Marion had served this to me earlier in the week and,as it was so delicious , I asked for the recipe. It was on the back of the yellow split pea packet, so I took a wee photo of it. Really easy to make and so tasty!
