Nest Building

We seem to have a lot of activity in the garden just now, and get so many birds appearing at once  -   then they fly back and forth at a tremendous rate. I've been trying to capture the woodpecker for a while now but I'm not having any luck;  last year I blipped him several times but at the moment he's just too alert for me, and the minute I start to think about it he's off.  Anyway, I'm always pleased when I manage to blip a Goldfinch  - they're are so bright and colourful and a joy to see.
