The rain has come!

After what seems like weeks without rain, we finally got some today. In fact, a huge storm just rolled through here with much lightning and thunder! However, most of the day was quite sunny and pleasant.

We had a very lovely visitor this weekend ~ my oldest sister, B! She lives in California but is on the East coast for business. She came in Friday evening and left around 10 am this morning. Even though it was a short visit, it was great to see her.
