there are times i like being single (no, really). there are times i don't. i'm not sure which diy comes under, because i'm no fan of having to do stuff, but it is satisfying having done it yourself with no help. most of my toolbox is to do with putting things back together, there's only a wee hacksaw for taking thing apart - and when you need to saw a shelf to fit, a hacksaw is more likely to faint or run and hide than be of help. so instead of my thursday comic run, i did a run to homebase and bought myself a proper saw so i could replace the shelf in the cupboard that collapsed with a shelf i had going spare from a bookcase project that was just three inches too long or would've been in said cupboard on tuesday when i discovered said collapse.

i kinda like the lines here.
