4 Hours!

4 HOURS!!!! We spent 4 hours at Mercedes test driving the GLC, the E class estate and the C class estate. I was totally exhausted by the end of it. The sales man was very patient but I was aware of his mild pushiness to buy today - which we didnt. We didnt ever intend to buy today, just to try.

We have a booking for more test drives with BMW on Sunday, after which we will make our choice.

We then popped to Ikea to buy a frame for the picture I had made for Daughter Number 1's Birthday on Saturday. Mr W wanted to pop into Currys to check out the TV's on the way and guess what - WE BOUGHT A NEW TV!!!!!! and....its the Sony I wanted because the TV man in Purley was far more informative than the TV man in Crawley!

Then on the way back I wondered if we should buy a new car at all !!!! This is the first month that we have been debt free since we have been together really, especially since the New Zealand trip and I was actually wondering if we should just enjoy having some disposable income for a while, or at least until we have been on holiday next year.

So we have alot to think about - but at least its nice stuff. Not everyone can be privileged enough to think "shall we buy a car or not" and Im aware of that. But I work hard and Mr W still works at the ripe old age of 67 - just so we can afford nice things. He likes to spoil me!!!!
