Multi-exposure MkII

Another crack at this wierdo portrait effect with a nod at that optical illusion that looks like a vase or two faces.

I think the key to success with this is making accurate selections. Something that I'm sadly lacking practise in. Sooo....lots of blips with selections coming up.

Either that or lots of montages going in to my next photo book.

Very lazy day today. A bit of shopping a bit of admin. We are all going to get fitter and lose weight over the next 14 weeks, with family tick charts on the wall, goals, targets etc. All ably monitored and motivated by Mr E. and Mr H. So tonight's dinner was a carefully formulated chicken curry with wholemeal rice. No chocolate, no cookies or ice cream. Who is going to crack first?
