Tie a Yellow Ribbon

The flooded cellar is back. Sandbags clearly only last so long and not long enough for it to get dried out and fixed. So after bailing out we went to check the memorial tree for Rich's parents. On the wander back through the cemetery we spotted what looks like a yarn bombed cross. Some of the crochet flowers were bound through with a yellow ribbon. As we wandered further through we noticed that a few of the smaller trees and a bench were similarly adorned.
