Psycho

I wouldn't say that I necessarily live in the past but I do like to pay it a visit from time to time, none more so than when I pick books for holiday reading - I nearly always go for a couple of new ones and some old favourites just so I know what I'm getting in case the new ones aren't up to scratch.

First off the shelf and onto The Imminent Holiday Reading Pile is 'American Psycho', not read since I got through it at a rate of knots whilst lying on a beach in Corfu circa 1992. Some Bukowski picked up from the library today as well, the Ballard and the Burroughs is on its way...
