A Word from the Wise

I took the car to be serviced today, and whilst I was waiting for it, had a bus ride out to Chesterfield. In the market place was a fund-raising display of birds from a rescue centre. 
Although I hear them quite a bit, Tawny Owls are the one local Owl that has eluded me, but of course I'm not counting this as a numbered bird blip as they are captive birds. I don't like seeing them like this, but at least these two were raised in captivity so they will never have known a wild existence.
