Emergency blip
Very busy day
Didn't pick the children up till 5:30
Got home at 6:00
Usually we are doing bath at this time
Stayed down to play for bit and have snack
Chucked them both in the shower tonight.

Munchie was asleep within ten minutes
Woms lieing next to me almost asleep

Once both settled need to do some work then eat followed closely by sleep
