No joke

Today has been diabolical!
Our computer system has been upgraded which is brilliant as it now shows little green squares next to patients names in the diary to show their appointments have been confirmed.

What it doesn't do however, is go and collect them from home. I've had 2 hours worth of people not turn up! One of the other dentists has had a similarly poor turn out too, so I'm glad it's not just me!

I've spent my time catching up with paperwork, and various colleagues; since we don't usually get a chance to chat.

Today's blip is one of the posters in the waiting room. I wish it was the bear from The Revenant, to maul bad attendees!
