Hummingbird

Tiny hummingbirds often flitter among the bougainvilleas and pomegranates looking for a tasty treat. They zoom so fast taking any photo is impossible (for me anyway) Today I heard this one chirping continuously from one spot and ever so stealthily went inside to get my camera. The bird did fly to another branch, but I was able to locate it and at last get a photo. Picture quality is not that great but good enough.

I'm not that impressed with the zoom lens quality of this camera, (Canon SX520 HS) but it has allowed me so capture some things that I wouldn't have otherwise.
