Choices, choices..

Down to Inverness today to pick up G from the airport.

It's been another lovely day, and I hear the rest of the week is to stay the same.. Pressure is well up above 30 inches, so set fair!

I could have stopped at Ardvreck castle. Loch Assynt was as still as a millpond, reflections were great. But I needed to get to Inverness.

I did stop at Arturlie, between Inverness and the airport, and captured a fine view back to the Kessock bridge, with snow covered mountains behind. Think I need a longer lens to do this shot justice..

And after shopping, we stopped at Rogie Falls. The sky is burnt out, but the falls are impressive..

Home again now, and about to shower.. Night all..

edit: Forgot to say, the main shot was taken at Ardmair, nr Ullapool. The sky was dark blue turning black, the water was reflecting what was left of the light, and the horizon was on fire silhouetting the distant Summer Isles. (..or were they burning another Wicker Man!!)..
