Spasm

I had a very painful back spasm all day yesterday, which made walking and even just standing, almost intolerable. This reoccurs every few years and stems back to "a bizarre gardening accident" (extra points to anyone who can say from which film that phrase is a quotation) about 20 years ago. By this morning, the pain had completely gone. Nevertheless, I decided to have a longish walk not carrying either my large, heavy camera bag or my light compact camera, in case that aggravated the old injury. Six miles later, so far, so good.
