Dawn Breaking

Even the dogs were fast asleep in their baskets. Normally I would have said, 'Lucky things' but not today. Standing on the dew soaked grass in the still of the early morning was beautiful! As the birdsong rose so did the sun and the shrubs on the border, in this case Buddleia and Eucalyptus, became silhouettes against the rosy sky.
