Out with it all!

We’re staying down in Rio this weekend, for a number of reasons. I intend to take part in the demonstration tomorrow against our President Dilma and all she stands for – the Worker’s  Party, corruption and ex-president Lula, so well regarded abroad, but such a cynical crook.
 
I also intended to help HH organize his office, which is a disastrous mix of office, workshop and music room, with many misused drawers and cupboards.  I need to do the same with mine, which isn’t much better – but instead have spent far too long on Blip and Facebook. Now about to post ads to try to get rid of some of the excess junk – a very heavy bass guitar, not used for years, a surplus wall mount, soccer cleats that are the wrong size for our grandson, old-fashioned scanners and so on.

Yet another storm is raging outside, the same cold front that left São Paulo under water yesterday - and talking of water, HH has just called up to say it's coming in over the step to the kitchen. Haven't seen that for many years!
