The Drongs
Shetland Day 7
A very misty day as we left Unst and headed south again. Yell was only visible in bits a few metres across and we could see nothing from the ferries.
We called in to see our daughter-in-law's grandfather, who is a mine of info on Shetland and then headed to our next campsite, with a biref walk at Mavis Grind - a narrow strip of land between 2 parts of the mainland.
On arrival at Braewick the mist was beginning to thin and after a cup of tea and putting up the tent we were able to see these fantastic seastacks which dominate the sea view from the campsite.
We explored the beach and I went for a run before tea and a lazy evening.
