Guns to Goods

This is a portrait of Dr Erinma Bell who campaigned against gun crime in Moss Side, Manchester. It's made of guns seized by the police and melted down, then turned into this inspiring work by artist Karen Lyons. The sculpture is in Manchester Cathedral for afew weeks and looks very well against the stained glass window of the north aisle.
