Man cooking!

Steak! So I'm home alone tonight. Ma and Pa are up in Cairnes and Bro and Sis are out for dinner with our various surrogate brothers and sisters. So I made myself a steak. Got a really nice cut of porterhouse then marinaded the Hell out of it in lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, pepper, salt, herbs and spices. So much marinade that the citric acid almost made it cook itself. So it was a pretty successful meal and I had a nice glass of red to go with it too.
