Rehearsal

To be honest, I can't really recall what happened this day, except that Basil and I did go to East Leake for ELAPs Juniors rehearsal of Sinbad, a cut down panto to be performed at a drama festival.

Basil surprised me. Normally he's very nervous about being led away to be petted by the youngsters, but this evening, he couldn't get enough of it.

Hayley, the director, asked me to do a warmup for singing, and then the cast and I had a go at singing two of the songs.

Len has reminded me of what I did in the afternoon. Basil and I took the bus into Loughborough, bought prawns, sprats, fruit and veggies on the market, then went and sat with Aziz for an hour and a half enjoying conversation, cappuccino, and a laugh.
