Lilacs!

So many people have been posting spring blooms so I decided to take a closer look around the yard to see if anything is blooming (besides weeds, which are the first to sprout and the last to die).  This was the closest I could get.  It's not quite a bloom yet but it's exciting to see the tiny buds starting to show their beautiful color. 
 
As soon as I finish this I am leaving for dinner with "the girls" so I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow.
