A grand day out

Two good Sundays in a row - how lucky were we! This was a walk leaving Peebles on foot, climbing Cademuir Hill (I knew I wasn't fit, and it certainly showed!), then along the Tweed and over the Manor Sware back to Peebles. Once you're up Cademuir you get a ridge walk for a while and that's where I took this picture from, looking up the Manor Valley. The views were great, very clear, with an icing sugar dusting of snow on the higher hills. It does look better large.
