Flowers

I have some beautiful flowers from Mothering Sunday - Gavin bought me some and then Adam, who I thought has posted a card (and forgotten to put a stamp on it) actually sent me some flowers instead. So I am feeling very spoilt and seeing the weather is rubbish I decided to take photos indoors today of flowers. I was aiming for something for Tiny Tuesday but then I just loved the colours in this one, so fresh and spring like. 

I have seen some incredible photos on  the BBC and other news websites of the aurora borealis that took place on Sunday night and I think there was solar wind activity again last night. It was clearly see in in Northern England, Wales and Scotland, and even as far south as Oxfordshire. My favourite is the one of the Northern Lights over Dunstanburgh Castle. I have not seen any images on Blipfoto but I am sure there must be some blippers who managed to capture photos of this phenomenon.
