Ox
In the event, the matter of the Phone Call was a damp squib and I was done in Preston before 11am. That gave me plenty of time to go and get supplies from Mr Livesey - a couple of rib eyes and some Ox tail. The latter has been simmering away all afternoon, but we reckon it's better left for a day or two to fuse the flavour and allow the meat to become even more tender. So, it's rib eye tonight.
