My mum makes me laugh ..

This morning I handed my token Mother's day present to her and wished her a happy MD ..


Mum : Happy Mother's Day to you too!

Me : Thank you - but it's really for mums and I'm not one ..

Mum : Am I?

Me : Yes - you're my mum

Mum : That's nice

Me : And here's a present from Elizabeth 

Mum : I'm not her mum am I?

Me : Yes - you are. You have another daughter in Canada - Hilary.

Mum : (Agog) Really? How exciting!


I'm feeling a little dazed and excited - I have been sent a pre-adoption form with a view to adopting little Autumn, the Romanian rescue puppy (extra photos) ..

She's seven and a half months old .. and looks beautiful!
