Lust in the Grass!

Or, "50 Shades of Grey (& Blue)"
Quite a busy Saturday; this morning we took Ali and Euan up to visit his great-gran and took a picnic lunch with us. Back home and it was time to take Rona for a walk before Euan & Ali came up for tea.
Our afternoon walk was along the Forth & Clyde canal during a welcome sunny spell. The canal-bank wildlife was also out to enjoy the sunshine. Some sparrows were enjoying a bath in a puddle; swallows were zipping up and down over the water catching insects and a ringlet butterfly posed briefly for us. The stars for the day have to be these two damselflies who were so carried away that we did not notice our presence.
Time now for another stroll with Rona before we are hit by another heavy shower.
