Color on a gray and drizzly day, mild though.  Heavy rain came later.

We went up to the Japanese Garden this morning, the place has been closed for several months because of a massive project they're undertaking which will expand the garden considerably and include new gardens, a cultural village and institute.  The new section won't be open until next year but on the walk up to the garden you can glimpse the scope of it, I've put an extra of some of the construction. 


Kind of in a photo funk, just not feeling it this week for some reason.  You know how it goes.
