City Hall

A very full day sightseeing for us.......to the unique and extraordinary Cu Chi Tunnel complex, about 2 hours drive NW of the City.....
around the City....to the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the still functioning General Post Office.
There are constant reminders of the Colonial French influence on the City architecture ....when this country was part of French Indo China......
this evening, we enjoyed the illuminated City.....
Tonight's Blip shows the floodlit City Hall....
with the massive Vietnamese flag....a golden star on a bright red background....flying from the roof.
A fascinating City of 10 million people....well worth a visit!
