Whistling Past the Graveyard

Seems like a good deal of whistling going on in the Republican Party right now.  Attempting to stay cheerful in a dire situation; proceeding with a task, ignoring an upcoming hazard, hoping for a good outcome.  We reap what we sow.  I hate what our political parties have been sowing the past few decades.
