All you need is love
We're having such a tough time with Audrey but one thing that is making it all the more bearable is the support we're getting from friends and blippers.
I get so many emails and messages with advice from people every day. Some of our best tips have come from friends (and blip).
So for anyone reading this who has sent me message or commented lately, thank you so much. You don't know how much you are helping during one of the toughest times of our life.
Audrey seemed better today, whatever had upset her seemed to have worked its way through her system and if I didn't know better, I'd say Infant Gavison might (just might) be doing the business. Or it could just be a better day. I give up trying to guess. It was just a relief to see her out of pain.
My husband and I got up with her in the night rather than taking turns. Rather than waking up at 6am with her morning feed, we threw caution (well Gina Ford) to the wind and settled her back down so we could get more sleep and got up after 8. We felt much better for it despite the fact that we know we'll probably pay the price for it tonight (eek) when she's wide awake.
Headed up to my parents farm in the afternoon to apologise to my Mum for being so horrible to her yesterday. It was nice to get out an about as the house had bad associations after yesterday.
