Thoughts of an optimistic pessimist:
It may be Friday the 13th but I've received notification of a small refund from the Inland Revenue and I'd got my blip photo done and dusted by 10:00 am.  It must be my lucky day! (Hoping for the best.)
There are still hours to go until the end of Friday the 13th so something is bound to go wrong! (Expecting the worst.)
