Adult Education...

...the 3 Rs of adult life: Remembering (or at least trying to), Rolling-up and wRiting (notes to assist remembering).


Today is 50th anniversary of the Rolling Stones' first gig.
I had lined up a red door to be blipped today but when I got there it had been painted black!

Thoughts of an optimistic pessimist:
For the first time in a couple of months I've been out for a ride on my pushbike. I really enjoyed it,  I didn't find it too hard and I feel good!  (Hoping for the best.)
No doubt when I get up tomorrow I'll be unable to walk or sit down on anything that's not heavily padded.  (Expecting the worst.)
