Wickedly Delicious!!

Yesterday I mentioned in my blip that it was my dad's birthday today. I thought I should make an effort and bake some sort of birthday cake for him to have at afternoon tea. As I had a lot of eggs, I thought I would make a cream sponge, and this picture shows the finished product. It was probably very bad for us all, but having said that it was wickedly delicious!

It has been very wet today - in fact the rain has become heavier as the day wore on. We shifted the cows onto some fresh grass this morning, but as it has been so wet during the day, they have had to be moved again so the paddock doesn't become to muddy.
