Mono Monday : Leap

I persuaded Matt to leap down the stairs for the theme today, so glad he did otherwise I was absolutely stumped as to what to do. No bones were broken in the taking of this photo!!!!!
After dropping him and Jade I went on to the dentist then met my friend Janet. We were too early for lunch so we went a nice long walk and ended up on the Leeds Liverpool canal at the Foulridge Tunnel. Extra photo was taken on the canal. It was bitter cold and by the time we got to Banny's for lunch of prawn sandwich and chips we were ready for a sit down.
