Surreal

Tonight we went to the opening of the Surrealism Today showing at the Radius Gallery in Missoula. MK's cousin's daughter is one of the artists and they, the parents, came over for the show and to play with us, as well. We missed them this summer as we all zipped back and forth near Yellowstone, so this is a good opportunity to catch up. Daughter Jen's work is very cool stuff.....animals in Victorian dress, antlers on baby skulls and tole-painted, deer and cow skulls painted in a rosemaling style. We bought a small coyote Victorian.
This bunny and a giant angler-fish-man swanned through the gathering in formal gear....loved it.
