Preparing for autumn?

I was focused on photographing leaves for my album in the Emma Davies  course "A year With My Camera" today, thinking I will Blip hunt later. Later came and I had lost my enthusiasm for going out in the heat again.

So, here is one of my leaf pics. It is Virginia creeper and the very earliest signs of autumn approaching can be seen on the  slightly golden tinge to the leaves and in particular the edges of the leaves. It will be interesting to follow the changes as they happen until they reach their full autumn glory.
