this supplement fell out of the morning paper, and I thought it was rather incongruous next to today's headline. Were those mountaineers living life to the full? they would almost certainly say so.

I do agree with the sentiment, that you should try and live life to the full, at whatever level suits you. you don't know what is round the corner of life, so don't procrastinate, if you possibly can, make your dreams, however big or small, happen for yourself.
