source of my frustration...

now that we are an employee lighter, checking joist and deck lists has become another one of my many responsibilites. checking a well done list is a rather simple task...checking the crap that our supposed experienced detailers produce, however, is one hell of a pain in my ass. i honestly think i could take a group of 7th graders and with a minimal amount of instruction produce a much better product than i see on a daily basis. i can't imagine doing my job as poorly as some of these clowns around here and not feeling guilty about taking home a paycheck. i think in some countries it would be considered stealing!!!

ahhh....i feel much better now that i've gotten that off my chest.

i promise no more work blips!
