D&F Tower

This bell tower was originally a part of the Daniel's and Fisher Department Store. It was modeled after St. Mark's Bell Tower in Venice. Standing at a height of 325 feet, it was the tallest building in Denver when it was built in 1910 and remained so until 1957. The department store was bought out and vacated the tower in 1958. Renovated in 1981, the D&F Tower now holds business offices as well as a caberet on the bottom floor! My favorite burrito place, Illegal Pete's, has its headquarters here. They also run a record label, called Greater Than Collective, from this office.
